We have made links with George Green School to set up a group of 'Reading Buddies'.
Students from George Green volunteer their time to visit Harbinger School and read with children.
Fiona, KS2 Reading Lead:
"....George Green's students are a credit to (the school). They are polite, interested and approachable. One of the students even donated the Harry Potter collection to our school library today. So very, very kind! "
One Harbinger pupil said today:
"Why can't they come every week? I love reading buddies!"
