On Tuesday 14th November, Michelle (Tower Hamlets Dental Nurse) came to Harbinger and led a very helpful and informative session on how to look after your child's teeth.
She shared top tips and dos and don'ts, such as 'spit it out, do not rinse it out'.
It is important not to rinse your child's mouth after they brush their teeth as the toothpaste that remains in the mouth helps protect their teeth.
