At Harbinger, we are very proud of our diverse and multi-cultural community. We see Religious Education as an important element of your children’s learning. We aim to teach them about religious and non religious worldviews. It helps our children develop their own beliefs and values and promotes mutual respect and empathy. One way we do this at Harbinger is by visiting places of worship.
This week Year 5 and 6 attended ‘The Life Exhibition’ at the ELT church in Mile End. The class had the opportunity to actively learn using tablets. The hands-on learning experience helped children to understand what Christians believe about Jesus and think for themselves about his teaching. The class were fantastic at sharing the knowledge and asked thoughtful questions to investigate. Well done for being great representatives of Harbinger!
We hope to visit a different place of worship very soon. Thank you for your support.
